Associate Regional Sales Manager (SEA) (m/f/d)

This role plays a pivotal part in driving regional sales growth, managing channel partners, and expanding business opportunities across Southeast Asia. The position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, based in Singapore.
- Drive sales growth across SEA and manage key distributor partners
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, relevant stakeholders & KOLs
- Lead regional sales strategies and support product adoption
- Identify new market opportunities and boost brand presence in the region
- Conduct product training, workshops, and market intelligence activities
Uw kwalificaties
- Degree in business management, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment or pharmaceutical medical sales
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in sales forecasting and CRM-based market analysis
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to contribute beyond core responsibilities
- Willingness to travel for regional sales activities when required
