Business Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our customers within a defined market segment in the APAC region
- Actively expanding our market presence to support the implementation of Erbe’s global growth strategy
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing regional activities in the areas of Sales, Product Strategy, Market Approvals, and Marketing to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Development and management of our distribution partners and subsidiaries in the APAC region
- Developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies to sustainably increase revenue, market share, and profitability
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Regional Vice President to implement the regional business strategy
- Identifying market potential, trends, and new business opportunities in the APAC markets
Your Skills
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in international sales, strategic marketing, or product management – ideally in the medical technology industry
- Experience in developing and managing international markets, preferably in the APAC region
- Strong intercultural awareness and experience working with international partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence in an international environment
- Ability to assert oneself in a matrix organization
- High willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent English
