We are looking for a candidate for the EMEA Commercial team.
Director Marketing EMEA (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the EMEA marketing strategy with clearly defined growth priorities, and ensure regional implementation in line with global guidelines
- Identify market-specific requirements based on in-depth market and competitive analyses, and translate these into concrete actions
- Strengthening marketing as a growth driver through close collaboration with Sales and taking responsibility for increasing revenue and market penetration
- Responsibility for the EMEA portfolio and go-to-market strategy, including prioritization, lifecycle management, and the successful launch of solutions
- Interface management with global functions, particularly in the co-creation of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Leading and developing the EMEA Marketing organization, as well as establishing clear structures, responsibilities, and competencies
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales and Service and Communications
- Establishing data-driven management, including performance monitoring, ROI assessment, and continuous optimization of initiatives
Your Skills
- A master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Several years of leadership experience in an international marketing environment, ideally in medical technology or a related industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies and go-to-market concepts
- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, with a strong focus on results
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in international and interdisciplinary teams
- Very good written and spoken English
