Director of Service Solutions EMEA (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic direction, leadership and further development of the EMEA Service Solutions organization
- Development and implementation of the EMEA service strategy for after-sales, digital solutions and service models
- Establishment of scalable structures to increase recurring revenue and lifecycle value, as well as to ensure sustainable growth of the service business
- Managing service KPIs to improve performance, availability and customer satisfaction
- Expanding digital and data-driven service solutions
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, distributors and central functions
- Ensuring efficient processes, clear governance and a customer-centric service organization
Your Skills
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in an international environment, ideally in medical technology or a comparable industry
- Proven success in developing and implementing digital management concepts
- Outstanding strategic, analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a strong focus on results
- Strong communication and leadership skills within international and interdisciplinary teams
- A strong passion for innovation and the ability to actively shape and drive change processes
- Very good written and spoken English skills
